Surpresas na categoria de Melhor Actriz em Drama para Tatiana Maslany por Orphan Black, assim como Michael Cudlitz em Southland como Melhor Actor Secundário em Drama e Monica Potter em Parenthood como Melhor Actriz Secundária em Drama.
Os membros da Broadcast Television Journalists Association elegeram ainda as sérias que mais antecipam para a nova temporada: The Bridge (FX), Masters of Sex (Showtime), Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (ABC), The Michael J. Fox Show (NBC), Ray Donovan (Showtime) e Under the Dome (CBS).
