Annie Awards 2011: "Rango" é considerado o melhor filme de animação

Este ano, os Annie Awards parecem ter posto de lado a Dreamworks e atribuíram o prémio de Melhor Filme de Animação a Rango. O filme venceu ainda os prémios de Melhor Argumento, Melhor Montagem e Melhor Design de Personagens. Rango é o principal candidato a vencer o Óscar na categoria homónima. Destaque para Jennifer Yuh Nelson que vence o Annie de Melhor Realizador por Kung Fu Panda 2. De referir que esta foi a primeira mulher a realizar sozinha um filme de animação de um grande estúdio.
