Foram anunciados os nomeados aos Saturn Awards 2013 que honram o que de melhor se faz no campo da ficção-científica, acção, terror e fantasia, tanto em cinema como em televisão. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey e Life of Pi são os filmes mais nomeados, com nove e oito nomeações, respectivamente. O último ano de Fringe na FOX garantiu-lhe seis nomeações, com Dexter a receber cinco nomeações.
