A novela The Young and the Restless é a mais nomeada aos Daytime Emmy Awards 2013. A série é original do canal CBS (no ar desde 1973), que arrecadou assim cinquenta nomeações em diversas categorias. Seguiu-se General Hospital, com dezanove nomeações; Days of Our Lives, com dezassete e The Bold and the Beautiful acabou por garantir quinze nomeações.
