Os Saturn Awards 2015 são prémios anuais que distinguem o que de melhor se fez, em cinema e televisão, nos domínios da ficção-científica, acção, terror e fantasia. Este ano, Captain America: The Winter Soldier lidera com onze nomeações, seguido de Interstellar, com dez nomeações.

Nas categorias televisivas, The Walking Dead e Hannibal são as séries mais nomeadas, com sete e seis nomeações, cada uma.
