O filme é uma sequela de Man of Steel (2013) e juntará as personagens Batman (Ben Affleck) e Superman (Henry Cavill). No filme, Gal Gadot (Furious 7) será a Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones) será Aquaman, Ezra Miller (We Need To Talk About Kevin) será The Flash e Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) será Lex Luthor.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice estreia a 24 de Março de 2016 em Portugal.
